We’re trusted by the nation’s leading health systems for employee wellbeing and redefining how to achieve mental wellbeing through professional development and social support.
Objectives
We’re expanding our team and looking for an Associate of Growth Development to generate new business opportunities and raise awareness for Even Health through cold calling, emails and social outreach to prospective customers. You will be responsible for campaign design, execution and collaboration with our senior executives to achieve our growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Schedule initial discovery calls for commercial leadership with prospective partners via well-researched emails, phone calls and social outreach
- Manage inbound leads from our website and other channels
- Event Recruitment and scheduling meetings at conferences
- Design growth campaigns for our current customers
- Share thought leadership, best practices and opinion pieces
- Manage relationships with board members, senior advisors and stakeholders
- Meet or exceed quotas to achieve key business objectives
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in Growth Development, Sales or a similar field.
- A proven track record of sales/business development achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks
- A passion for healthcare and being an evangelist for bettering the lives of veterans and healthcare providers.
- Start-up experience is great, but we’ll take passion and grit too : )
